Christopher, JVL may set me straight but I think this is one of the footbridges over the O-train tracks, a block west of Preston in Little Italy.
This kind of safety fencing could be useful at other bridges across the city. Including the ones used by pedestrians and car-drivers alike.
Great shot.
Where is this, if I might ask. I'm not really all that familiar with Ottawa, so references help me.
